Please note organisers will need to make their own way to and from checkpoints and will also need to place their own markers at each checkpoint. No vehicular access is permitted. An escort can be arranged with the Garden ranger from 8.30 am.
Please submit the following documents with your application form. Submitting these documents will allow us to process your application in a timely manner.
Events are charged at the rate of $2.20 per participant with a minimum charge of $125 for administration costs.
Cancellation Fees
A tax invoice will be forwarded for payment post-event. Please confirm final number of participants within two (2) days after your event.
Payment options include credit card (MasterCard or Visa), cheque (made payable to the Royal Botanic Garden and Domain Trust) or cash payments can be made at the Visitor Centre.
Your booking will only be confirmed once your application and all supporting documentation have been received.
Once all documentation has been processed, you will be forwarded a booking confirmation within seven (7) working days.
