Price are based on:

  • 5 hour event time (additional hours available at extra charge)
  • 50 min.adults
  • Events held on Monday – Saturday (daytime or evening) - Sunday available but surcharge applies
  • Valid for events to 31 December 2019

 

Inclusions:

  • Venue hire for the day (bump in: 9.00am – Bump out: 12:00am)
  • Security Guard/s 
  • Set up for event
  • The venue, trestle tables, chairs , food, waiters, bar tender, and equipment 
  • Linen table cloths and napkins, crockery, cutlery, glassware relevant to menu selection
  • Service of your celebration cake & Coffee and Tea Station 
  • Complete pack-up and clean up post event
