Supplier Form
Before you book any products/services for your celebration, you must have approval from the Garden.
This form must be completed if you have a confirmed venue booking with the Australian Botanic Garden Mount Annan and you intend on engaging any person or business to provide you with products and/or services to the venue as part of your booking.
This must be done no later than 2 weeks prior to your booking.
Failure to submit in this time period means you will not receive a permit for the supplier and not be able to have them on site.
Examples of products or services include (but are not limited to): children's entertainment, catering, live performers, commercial photoghraphy, food or beverage vans, petting zoos, side show games or anyone providing event styling ie. tents, tables, chairs, arbours etc.
Please note:
jumping castles and inflatable items are not permitted in the Garden.
To avoid disappointment or loss of money, please do not book any products/services until you have approval via email from the Garden to have your chosen products/service on Garden land.
