Supplier Form

Before you book any products/services for your celebration or if you are a supplier, before you supply to a client or event on Trust lands, you must have approval from the Garden.

This form is to be completed by either the event organiser or the supplier to an event. Once received, your application will be assessed and if approved, a permit will be provided. The fee is payable by either the supplier or venue hirer.

Available permits for commercial businesses are:

  • 1 off booking $120 (if you are supplying to multiply events on a day, then you need a permit for each event)
  • 3 month permit (max 25 bookings) $2000
  • 6 month permit (max 50 bookings) $3000

The form submitted no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. Failure to submit in this time period means you will not receive a permit and you (if you are the supplier) or your supplier, will not be allowed to operate on site.

Examples of products or services include (but are not limited to): children's entertainment, catering, live performers, commercial photoghraphy, food or beverage vans, petting zoos, side show games or anyone providing event styling ie. tents, tables, chairs, arbours etc. Please note: jumping castles and inflatable items are not permitted in the Garden.

To avoid disappointment or loss of money, please do not book any products/services until you have approval via email from the Garden to have your chosen products/service on Garden land.

If you are an event organiser, please complete a form for every supplier you are using. Be sure to list each product/service in the area provided below. If any products/services that have not been approved are found at your booked site on the day of your event, you will be asked to remove them.
