Wedding Rate Card

Wedding Ceremony Fees

Two (2) hour booking including setup, packdown, ceremony and photography. Price is inclusive of GST.

If you book your reception with us, your fees include use of your reception venue for your ceremony and photography. If you choose to hold your ceremony and reception at different locations within the Garden a 20 per cent discount off your ceremony venue hire fees is available. Please note this does not apply to picnic venues.

Platinum Package - $700 (includes 20 white folding chairs, black carpet, signing table with two chairs, setup and packdown).

Additional chairs for Platinum Package - $12/each (up to 40 additional chairs).

Wet weather backup venue - $240 (Backup venue is the Telopea Gallery at The Australian PlantBank).

Wedding Photography Fees

Please note these fees only apply if you have not booked a wedding ceremony. Two (2) hour booking at your chosen location. Price is inclusive of GST.

Two (2) hour permit for use in any location that is not already booked - no longer than 30 min in any given location - all areas are non exclusive $260

Wedding Reception Fees

Reception fees include complimentary use of the space you have booked for your ceremony and wedding photos. If you wish to use other areas for your ceremony or photos, additional fees will apply, but discounts are available. Prices are inclusive of GST.

Please note your hire time includes the setup, bump in and bump out of all suppliers. If you require storage of items then you are required to book and pay for multiple days at your venue.

Bowden Centre

Hire includes use of the 8m x 14m function room (normal seating capacity is 120 however Covid restrictions will apply), kitchen, restrooms, covered outdoor alfresco area and adjacent grassed area.

Picnic Spaces

Hire includes use of picnic area from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm to use for your ceremony, photographs and reception. Please speak to our friendly staff if you wish to hold your ceremony or photos in a different location as additional fees will apply. See individual picnic pages on our website for pricing.

Connections Garden

Connections Garden is available as an after-hours hire only (5.00 pm - 10.00 pm) and a security guard will be required at a ratio of one (1) guard per 100 guests.

Security

Any venues or functions requiring security will be charged a minimum of 4 hours with hourly fees of:
$57/hour/guard Monday-Sunday
$77/hour/guard on public holidays (PH)

All prices are inclusive of GST and are valid from 1 November 2021 to 30 June 2022.
