Wedding Reception Fees
Reception fees include complimentary use of the space you have booked for your ceremony and wedding photos. If you wish to use other areas for your ceremony or photos, additional fees will apply. Prices are inclusive of GST.
Please note your hire time includes the setup, bump in and bump out of all suppliers. If you require storage of items then you are required to book and pay for multiple days at your venue.
Hire includes use of the 8m x 14m function room (seating capacity 120), 15 rectangular 10-seat trestle tables, 120 chairs, kitchen, restrooms, covered outdoor alfresco area and adjacent grassed area. Please note use of the projector or PA system is not included.

|Day hire (8.30 am to 4.30 pm. Garden must be clear. by 5.00 pm)
|Day/Night hire (8.30 am to midnight. Garden must be clear by 11.59 pm. After 5.00 pm security must be booked)
|Security (One guard is required per 100 guests. Required if event extends past 5.00 pm)
|Multi-day hire (Access to building for bump in/out is 8.30 am to 4.30 pm)
The lawn can only be hired for marquee wedding receptions. Pricing is available on application by contact our friendly staff.
Please note there is a minimum of 100 guests for the Marque Lawn. A refundable bond will also apply.
Hire includes use of picnic area from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm to use for your ceremony, photographs and reception. Please speak to our friendly staff if you wish to hold your ceremony or photos in a different location as additional fees will apply.

Please note Connections Garden is available as an after-hours hire only (reception starting after 5.00 pm) and a security guard will be required at a ratio of one (1) guard per 100 guests.
Venue Fee - $1250.
Security - $60/hour/guard (Minimum hire time of four  hours applies).
